who we are

An Australian IT and telecoms company that built the tool it wanted.

Binary Elements is a Melbourne company that writes software and, in Australia, runs the voice network and connectivity a good deal of it sits on. BE Hub is the monitoring product that came out of looking after the machines behind all of that.

where it comes from

Four things, in the order we built them.

The order matters: we were running networks and answering the phone at two in the morning for years before there was an investigator on top of it.

01

Voice first

Carrier-grade trunks, business numbers and phone systems on our own network, sold under the BE Voice name. Still a product on its own.

02

Then the line underneath

A phone system is only as good as its connection, so we took that on: NBN, 4G failover, private site-to-site links and managed routers, monitored by the same people who run the voice.

03

Then messaging and AI

SMS, 2FA and developer APIs on the same platform, and BE AI, the AI platform that answers on phone, chat, email and SMS and reads from the systems a business already runs.

04

Now BE Hub

Every one of those customers has servers, desktops, a firewall and a router somewhere that nobody has time to check. We wanted monitoring that investigates before it pages and never changes anything without a named approval. Nothing on the market did that, so we built it and used it on our own fleet first.

what we believe about tools

Three rules BE Hub is built on, because we run the machines it watches.

The AI proposes, a person decides

An investigator that reads everything is useful. One that changes things on its own is a liability with your customers' names on it. Every change in BE Hub carries the name of the person who approved it.

Outbound only, always

Our customers' firewalls stay closed. The agent calls out to the hub, remote control rides the same connection, and nothing on the customer's network listens for us.

Your data, where your policy says

Hosted by us in Sydney, on your own server, or in your own cloud, and moving between them is a copy. We built the hub as one container with one volume so that stays true.

how we work with you

A person, in your time zone, who runs the same product.

A trial needs no call

Sign up, verify your email, enrol ten machines. If it is not doing the first hour of your tickets by the end of two weeks, uninstall the agent and you are out.

Replies from someone who uses it

Write to us and a person who looks after machines with BE Hub every day answers, usually within a working day, Melbourne time.

Built in the open, on our own fleet

New releases run on our machines before yours. Release notes say what changed and why, and the security model is written down as it is implemented, not as a brochure.

the rest of binary elements

One company, five products.

BE Voice, BE Internet and BE Messaging are the Australian telecoms business BE Hub grew out of. BE AI is the AI platform we build for the businesses we serve, and the investigator inside BE Hub. Each is sold on its own; none of them is required to use another. binaryelements.com covers the rest.

  • BE Voice: trunks, numbers, phone systems
  • BE Internet: NBN, failover, private links, managed routers
  • BE Messaging: SMS, 2FA, developer APIs
  • BE AI: an AI platform that answers on every channel
  • BE Hub: monitoring with the investigator built in

Try it on your own fleet first, like we did.

Ten machines, 14 days, no card. Or write to us and a person replies.
