pricing

One price per machine per month. BE AI included.

A machine is anything with the agent on it: a server, a desktop, a firewall, a router, a NAS. No minimum, no per-technician seats, no add-on for the investigator.

questions

About the bill.

What counts as a machine?
Anything with the agent enrolled: server, desktop, laptop, firewall, router, NAS. A machine you forget in the console stops counting.
What happens at the daily BE AI cap?
Investigations pause for that company until the next day; alerts, checks and approvals keep working. You can raise the cap per company.
Can my customers see their own usage?
Yes. A company admin sees their company's machines, runs and estimated cost each month, and nothing of anyone else's.
Can I run the hub myself?
Yes. On-premise or in your own cloud, it is one container with one data volume and an outbound call to the AI API. Per-machine pricing is the same; ask about the hosted-versus-self-hosted difference. [CONFIRM]
Is there a contract?
[CONFIRM] Month to month. Uninstall the agents and the bill stops at the end of the month.

Put BE Hub on ten machines this week.

A pilot takes an afternoon: one install link, your own approvals, your own data. Uninstall the agent and you are out.
